Feeling the Burnout
To: Triunfo.email Reader
Hi everyone,
I wanted to be honest in this post – I’ve been feeling a bit of burnout with my Japanese studies lately. The initial excitement of new concepts has worn off a bit, and the slow, incremental progress through these advanced Genki 2 topics with Sae sometimes feels like wading through treacle.
Some days, it’s hard to find the motivation to sit down and study. The grammar points are complex, the vocabulary lists are long, and it feels like I make the same mistakes over and over. Progress feels slower than it used to, and it’s easy to get discouraged.
I know this is a common phase in language learning, but it’s tough. Trying to find ways to mix things up and rediscover that spark. Any tips for pushing through a study slump would be appreciated!
Trying to stay positive,
Oliver
