Hello language warriors,

My deep dive into Genki 2 with Sae continues, and we’ve hit Chapter 20. I have to say, this chapter feels particularly intense!

It seems like there are so many new grammar points packed into this one, each with its own set of nuances and uses. We’re covering some really complex sentence structures, and it’s taking a lot of focus to keep everything straight. My brain definitely feels full after our lessons these days.

While it’s challenging, it’s also kind of exciting to be tackling such advanced material within the Genki framework. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come, even if this chapter is currently making my head spin a little.
