Hi all,

Just checking in with a quick progress report. I’m slowly but surely making my way through the Genki 2 textbook with Sayaka.

We’ve recently hit Chapter 15, which feels like a good chunk of the book covered. The grammar is definitely getting more nuanced and complex, and the vocabulary lists seem endless at times, but I can feel the incremental progress.

Some days are tougher than others, and some grammar points take longer to sink in (still looking at you, transitive verbs!), but overall, the journey continues forward. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, as they say.
