Hi folks,

Just a quick update on my lessons with Sayaka. Before we dive into new material (like Genki 2, which I’m itching to start!), she’s taking me through a comprehensive review of Genki 1.

And when I say comprehensive, I mean it! She’s really making sure I have a solid grasp of all the foundational grammar points, vocabulary, and even the kanji we covered. It’s intense, but also incredibly helpful. I’m realizing there were a few things I was a bit shaky on.

It feels good to reinforce these basics. Hopefully, this will make the transition to more advanced stuff a lot smoother.
