Hi everyone,

Today was a bit of a milestone, and a slightly sad one – it was my last lesson with Yurika. She’s been my guide since the very beginning of this Japanese learning journey, patiently explaining everything from hiragana to basic grammar.

I’ve learned so much from her, not just about the language but also about the patience and persistence needed to tackle something like this. It’s strange to think I won’t be having our regular sessions anymore. Definitely feeling a mix of gratitude for all her help and a little sadness at this chapter closing.

Time to find a new tutor to continue the adventure, but I’ll always appreciate the foundation Yurika helped me build.
